Our handling time takes 1 business day. Then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners: USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, Australia Post, Canada Post, or New Zealand Post, depending on your location and the fastest available service.

Is the shipping free?

As for other world regions, it can take 5-8 business days, depending on your location. 

Once your order has passed the required checks and been marked for shipping, you will receive an email with the shipment tracking number.

Why is my order being shipped in different packages?

If you place an order containing multiple products, each may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on availability and the quickest delivery time. If a toy is popular and on backorder, we might send packages separately and at different times to deliver the ones available as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?

We will email you the corresponding delivery information as soon as we send the package. You can track your parcel by clicking on the "View your order" link.

Afterpay is a payment app that lets you buy now and pay later. Pay in 4 interest-free installments and budget your spending. Make the first payment up front and the rest over time. Created by a leading Australian financial technology company, it now operates in Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, and New Zealand.

How do I apply a discount code?

You can copy/paste it or type it into the designated field at checkout. The area is marked “Gift card or discount code.” After you put it in, press “Apply.”

Can I buy an e-Gift Card?

Click here and pick an e-gift card depending on the amount you wish to spend.

How do I use an e-Gift Card?

Once you’ve purchased a gift card, you will receive a coupon code in your inbox that equals the amount shown on your e-gift card. You can copy/paste it or type it into the designated field at checkout. The area is marked “Gift card or discount code.” After you put it in, press “Apply.”

I wish to buy your toys as a gift, but I don’t want the invoice to be included in the package.

There is nothing to worry about - we don’t send invoices in physical form with the packages. You will receive all the billing information in your email.

Returns

Can I cancel my order after I made a purchase?

If you make a request before your order is shipped, we'll cancel it and make a full refund. If your order was already shipped, a returns process is required.
