Update Regarding COVID-19
Due to COVID-19, many shipping companies prioritize the shipments and receiving of emergency and necessary medical equipment. This could mean that your package may be withheld with the shipping company for an extended period, leading to longer wait times and delays. We hope you understand, as this is something out of our control.
Where do you ship from?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free worldwide shipping from our warehouses in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany or Asia. Depending on the stock available.
How long does the handling process take?
Our handling time usually takes about 1-2 business days and then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners. Our shipping times depend on where you live in the world.
What is the delivery time?
Orders processed in the US, Canada and Australia will take 5-15 business days to arrive. It can take between 7-20 business days for your product to arrive, depending on where you live for other international orders.
 
When your order passes the quality check and is marked for shipping, you will receive an email with your shipping tracking information.

Why is my order being shipped in different packages?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. If an item is popular and on backorder, we might ship your items at different times, in separate packages, to prevent holding up your order and getting it to you as fast as possible!
How do I track my order?
As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that, you will be able to track your order by clicking the 'View your order' button in the shipping confirmation email.
Are my payments secure?
Yes, your payments are 100% secure.
 
We accept credit card payments through one of the most trusted payment gateways and your information is confidential and never stored. We also integrate secure PayPal payments so you can always use your balance when making a purchase. We are a US-based company, and all our prices are listed in USD.
Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?
We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 6-12 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - please send us a message and be advised that we always work hard on sending out orders to ensure they get delivered faster.
 
We’ll cancel and refund you in full when we get your request and the order is not shipped out yet. A returns process is required for a refund after the item arrives at your location if it's already been shipped out.
