Is the shipping free?

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
If free shipping is available for your order, it will be shown during checkout.
No additional shipping fees are charged after an order is placed.

Why is my order being shipped in different packages?

If your order contains multiple items, it may be shipped in separate packages.
This can occur when items are stocked in different warehouses or when part of the order is ready to ship sooner. In such cases, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear and may not reflect real-time movement immediately. You can track your order using the “View your order” link in the email.

Do I have to pay tax for your toys?

All costs are included in the price you see on our website. 

There are no additional fees.

What currency are your prices listed in?

We are a US-based company, and all our prices are listed in USD.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a payment app that lets you buy now and pay later. Pay in 4 interest-free installments and budget your spending. Make the first payment up front and the rest over time. Created by a leading Australian financial technology company, it now operates in Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, and New Zealand.

How do I apply a discount code?

You can copy/paste it or type it into the designated field at checkout. The area is marked “Gift card or discount code.” After you put it in, press “Apply.”

Can I buy an e-Gift Card?

Click here and pick an e-gift card depending on the amount you wish to spend.

How do I use an e-Gift Card?

Once you’ve purchased a gift card, you will receive a coupon code in your inbox that equals the amount shown on your e-gift card. You can copy/paste it or type it into the designated field at checkout. The area is marked “Gift card or discount code.” After you put it in, press “Apply.”

I wish to buy your toys as a gift, but I don’t want the invoice to be included in the package.

There is nothing to worry about - we don’t send invoices in physical form with the packages. You will receive all the billing information in your email.

Returns

Can I cancel my order after I made a purchase?

If you make a request before your order is shipped, we'll cancel it and make a full refund. If your order was already shipped, a returns process is required.
