Shipping & Delivery
Once processed, orders are shipped and typically delivered within 10–14 business days, depending on the destination and carrier performance.

Shipment Method

Partial Shipments
If an order contains multiple items, it may be split into multiple shipments and delivered in more than one package at no additional cost to the customer.
When this occurs, customers may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

Tracking details are provided once an order has been shipped.
Tracking updates may not appear immediately and may be subject to delays due to carrier systems or synchronization between platforms. Order status displayed in the store may not always reflect real-time shipment progress.
Delayed or Undelivered Orders
If an order has not been delivered within 20 days from the shipping date, customers are encouraged to contact customer support.
